What if my package is lost?

Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for your tracking information to populate. In some cases, an order may be marked as "Delivered," but in reality is still in transit. USPS may take up to 48 hours to actually deliver your package if this is the case.

If you believe your package was stolen or did not receive your order but USPS tracking says it was delivered, please contact USPS and file a claim.
Please note we cannot be responsible for carrier's delays. Once they pick up from us, we have not control over their timeline or accuracy.
We ship all orders using USPS Priority which is supposed to be delivered within 2-4 days per USPS.
If you purchase Fed Ex, they are supposed to deliver within 2-4 business days from pick up date.
If you purchased Route purchase protection, please file a claim by emailing claims.route.com.
