Where is my order?

Please note that once USPS picks up the packages from us, they have to scan each package in order for the tracking number to update. Sometimes, their system doesn't update properly and the info is not updated until after it reaches the final destination. Unfortunately, once USPS picks up from our warehouse, we have little control over the carrier's delays or errors. Please continue checking the USPS tracking link for updates. If you see there is no movement for days, they may have lost your package. In this case, we suggest filing a lost package claim with USPS.
