Return Policy

  • All mask orders are FINAL SALE, as listed on our website at the time of purchase. We are unable to accept masks as returns or exchanges due to safety/sanitary reasons. No exceptions will be made.
  • All returns must be approved by Joah Love. We will not accept randomly shipped merchandise and are not responsible for any packages returned without approval.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 10 days of date received.
  • Approved, returned items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and sent via an insured, trackable method.
  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.  Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund and the customer will be responsible for all returning shipping charges. If you're returning a defective product or products shipped incorrectly due to our error, we will cover the shipping.
  • Items on our Sale pages can only be returned for store credit.
  • Items purchased with promo codes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased with promo coupons may be eligible for store credit or exchange only if the item is defective.
  • Orders shipped internationally are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for measurements if you are ordering internationally and need help with sizing.
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offers, applied to previous orders or combined with store credit.
  • We do not do price adjustments.  Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to get the news on the latest promos and sales!

Shipping Costs for Returns
All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanged goods and a shipping invoice issued by Joah Love for freight from the store back to the customer must be paid prior to sending a package back for an exchange.

Shipping Costs for Incorrect Addresses
If an order is sent back to us due to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, the shipping costs to send it to the correct address will be paid by the customer, along with an additional $25 restocking fee. We fulfill our orders quickly and cannot promise that we’ll be able to stop packages from being sent out before any further changes can be made. Please message us via our Contact Form within 24 hours upon placing an order and we will do our best to assist.
